During Sale Periods

We appreciate your patience during our sale events — our team works around the clock to get every order to you as quickly as possible.

Standard orders: Please allow 7–10 business days for dispatch due to increased order volume.

Express orders: Dispatched within 3–5 business days. We always do our best to ship earlier — including a delivery date in your order notes helps our team prioritise your parcel.

Made to Order & Bridal

Each made-to-order piece is handcrafted especially for you. Additional production time is required before dispatch — please allow extra time when planning for a special event.

  • Production times vary by piece — check the individual product page for details
  • Once production is complete, your piece will be dispatched and tracked
  • Express next-day shipping is not available for Made to Order items

Need it by a specific date? If you have a special occasion or hard deadline, please let us know before placing your order — add a note at checkout or reach out directly. We'll always do our best to prioritise your request and make sure your Rooh piece arrives in time.

The price you see is the price you pay. We handle all customs duties and import taxes for customers in the following regions:

For all other international destinations, customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Delays

Once your order has been dispatched, it is in the hands of our third-party delivery partners. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs processing, public holidays, or regional logistics challenges. We appreciate your patience — and we're always here to help if you need support tracking your order.

  • Rooh Collective is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged parcels once dispatched
  • Parcels cannot be left unattended and will be redirected to your local post office for collection if undeliverable
  • Please double-check your shipping address before confirming your order — once dispatched, we are unable to redirect your parcel
  • If an incorrect address is provided, Rooh Collective is not responsible for non-delivery

Ready-to-wear orders are dispatched within 3–7 business days. We fulfill from multiple locations including Sydney, the UK, and India, so dispatch time can vary slightly depending on where your piece is located. Made to Order pieces require additional production time — check the product page for current lead times.

Yes — express shipping via DHL Express is available for all ready-to-wear orders. Express orders ship the next business day. Please note that express shipping is not available for Made to Order pieces, as these require production time first.

Unfortunately we are unable to ship to PO boxes across all regions. Please ensure you provide a full residential or business address at checkout.

First, check your tracking link — it's sent via email once your order is dispatched. If the tracking shows your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, it may have been redirected to your local post office for collection. If you're still unable to locate it, please contact us and we'll help you investigate with the courier.

Customers in the USA, Canada, UK, EU, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, and Hong Kong are fully covered — Rooh Collective handles all duties and import taxes. For all other international destinations, customs duties may apply on delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at contact us. We can update the address if your order hasn't been dispatched yet. Once dispatched, we are unable to redirect parcels and cannot be held responsible for non-delivery due to an incorrect address.
