If it's not quite right for you, you can to return it within 30 days of your order date in exchange for a credit note. Please note we do not offer refunds.

Domestic Orders

We offer free returns for domestic orders (within Australia). Please submit your return via our returns portal here and we will book your delivery and send you a pre-paid returns label.

International Orders

For orders outside of Australia, return shipping will be at your own cost. Please submit your returns request here and we will send you our address for returning your order.
We can organise a pre-paid return label for your return at an additional cost.

Sale or Promotional Items

All items purchased in a Flash Sale are final sale only and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Terms & Conditions for Returns

  • Item/s must be returned within 30 days of receiving your purchase together with original proof of purchase from our online store
  • Item/s must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unaltered, unwashed and with their tags attached
  • Sale items or items purchased during a Flash Sale/Promotional Event are final sale only and not available for returns. If an order is returned despite this policy, item/s will be sent back to you at an additional charge.
  • We offer free returns on all domestic orders.
  • International orders can be returned to us at senders cost.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for returns/store credit

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns timeframe.

Store credit notes are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.
