All sale items are final sale. Strictly no returns, refunds, or exchanges.
This includes pieces purchased during sample sales or limited promotions.
Orders using our welcome discount are not considered final sale and may be eligible for a return, store credit, or exchange (as per our Returns Page)
Sale stock is limited — many pieces won’t be restocked, so we recommend shopping early to avoid missing out.
We do offer exchanges for sizing on sale items (if available), at the customer’s expense (shipping both ways).
As a small team, dispatch times may be slightly delayed during peak sale periods. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

Due to the personalised and labour-intensive nature of our made-to-order garments:

We cannot accept returns, refunds, or exchanges on these items.
Each piece is individually cut, sewn, and finished by our artisans once your order is placed.

This process helps us honour our commitment to sustainability and zero waste by avoiding overproduction.
