Timelines:  If you have an event coming up, please let us know — we’ll always do our best to accommodate as we make all our pieces in house. Most Made to Order pieces are ready in 2–3 weeks, though bridal pieces may take up to 4 weeks. In many cases, we can also expedite your order to ensure it arrives in time.

Made to Your Measurements: Once your order is confirmed, our friendly team will reach out to collect your measurements so we can craft the dress to fit you perfectly.

Bespoke Colours:  Many of our dresses can be made in the colour of your choice. This service incurs a small fee — simply write to us and we’ll be delighted to guide you through the options.

Shipping:  Once complete, your piece will be shipped directly from our artisan workshop in India or our Sydney studio, depending on your location and timing.

Returns:  Every Made to Order garment is created uniquely for you, which means it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
