Rooh Collective was founded by Stephanie Arora following a formative journey to India, where she connected with her partner Akshay and was introduced to a community of highly skilled artisans. What began as a personal exploration of culture and craftsmanship evolved into a purpose-led brand grounded in storytelling, collaboration, and intentional creation.

Operating from its own studio in Mumbai, Rooh Collective works closely with artisans to produce small-batch and made-to-order garments that prioritise quality, longevity, and intention. With a focus on ethical production, inclusive design, and timeless expression, the brand seeks to create pieces that not only elevate the wearer, but also honour the hands and heritage behind each creation.

Unlike most fashion brands, we own and operate our own studio in Mumbai — giving us complete control over quality, conditions, and the livelihoods of the people who make our pieces.

Female-Led Production

Our studio was built with a mission to help rebalance the gender gap. We provide equal opportunity to both women and men in a structured environment centred on respect, safety, and craft.

Artisan-Crafted, Always

Many of our pieces are crafted by a single artisan from start to finish — making each one genuinely unique. We intentionally produce in small runs to support a slower, more sustainable approach to fashion.

Rooh Collective offers two distinct pathways to owning considered fashion — each rooted in intention, craftsmanship, and individuality.

Our ready-to-wear collections bring seasonal design to life in limited quantities. Our made-to-order service is where true transformation happens.

Every piece is created in direct response to the woman wearing it — designed, adjusted, and refined to her body, her preferences, and her presence. This is not simply customisation, but a commitment to precision: garments made to measure, crafted to fit flawlessly, and designed to empower confidence.

By producing only what is needed, we eliminate excess and waste — creating a more thoughtful, sustainable approach to luxury.

Every piece — whether ready-to-wear or bespoke — is held to the same standard of artisan craftsmanship, ethical production, and deliberate design.
