At Rooh Collective, we’re a passionate team of just three — involved in every step of the journey, from designing and crafting to carefully packing and shipping your order.

As a small, independent label, we put a lot of love into what we do. Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days, but some may take a little longer. We fulfill from multiple locations — including the UK and India — and depending on where your piece is located, delivery times can vary slightly.

If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend adding a note at checkout or getting in touch before placing your order. This is especially important for made-to-order items, which take extra time to create just for you.

HOW DOES MADE TO ORDER WORK?

As a sustainably conscious brand, all our pieces are handcrafted in India in small batches or made-to-order. We introduced our made-to-order service to offer a more intentional, personalised experience — ensuring a better fit for you while avoiding overproduction and excess stock.

Each piece is made especially for you after your order is placed, which helps us reduce waste and honour the time and craftsmanship behind every garment. Depending on the design, please allow up to 2–3 weeksfor your item to be made before shipping. If you need it by a specific date, simply leave a note at checkout or get in touch — we’ll do our best to meet your timeline!
