HOW DOES Try Before you Buy Service WORK?

Want to try your Rooh piece in the comfort of your home? No problem! With our Try Before You Buy option, you can pay a refundable deposit. Once you’ve tried them on, simply head to the portal to let us know which ones you’d like to keep and which ones you’re sending back.

You’ll only be charged for the items you keep, and there’s a $15 shipping fee for returns. Don’t worry—we’ll provide you with a prepaid label to make returning easy! 🤍

Do you use sustainable packaging?

Yes! All our orders are sent in 95% recyclable or compostable packaging. We also use Australian made fully recycled ribbons from water bottles that are diverted from landfill with the entire process & certified by the Global Recycled Standard (Australian Printed Ribbons). Our tote bags are 100% organic cotton sourced from farm near Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India.

HOW DOES PRE ORDERING WORK?

As a sustainably conscious brand, and with all our items hand made in India, we only produce our pieces in small quantities. However if something you love is out of stock, it is possible to pre order it and we will do our best to create and ship it to you within 3-4 weeks.
