At Rooh Collective, our Made to Order process ensures each garment is crafted with care, tailored to your measurements, and made by hand in our very own studio in India. No mass production, no shortcuts — just one-of-a-kind pieces created with you at the heart.
How It Works
1. Place Your Order
Choose the style that speaks to you in the closest available size.
2. Share Your Measurements
Once your order is confirmed, we’ll personally reach out for your bust, waist, and hip measurements (in cm or inches). You can also request length adjustments to suit your height and preferences.
3. We Begin Creating
Your garment is cut, sewn, and finished by our skilled artisans using traditional techniques. This mindful process takes approximately 2–4 weeks.
4. Delivered to You
Once your piece is complete, we ship it to your door with full tracking — ready to wear, ready to love.

If you have an event or special date coming up, let us know. We’ll do our best to prioritise your order or offer alternative options that can be made in time — just write to us, and we’ll take care of you.
A Note on Returns
Because each piece is made uniquely for you, Made to Order garments are not eligible for return or exchange. We ask for your understanding as this allows us to maintain ethical production and minimize waste.
