As a small, independent label, we put a lot of love into what we do. Orders typically ship within 3–4 business days, but some may take a little longer. We fulfill from multiple locations — including the UK and India — and depending on where your piece is located, delivery times can vary slightly.

If you need your order by a specific date, we highly recommend adding a note at checkout or getting in touch before placing your order. This is especially important for made-to-order items, which take extra time to create just for you.

For customers in the USA, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, and UAE:
You're fully covered. We handle all customs duties and import taxes. The price you see is the price you pay—no hidden fees at checkout or on delivery.

For the rest of the world:
Please note that customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please note we are not liable for lost, stolen or damaged products. Parcels cannot be left unattended, so will be redirected to your local post office for collection. We are not responsible for your order if you enter the incorrect address, once the order is dispatched we cannot redirect it so be sure to check the address before confirming your order.
