Spring Style Edit Giveaway

 

1. The Promoter

The Promoter is Rooh Collective (Instagram: @rooh.collective), in collaboration with the following participating brands:

• Nude Theory (@nudetheoryofficial)

• Saben (@sabenltd)

• Tiny Jewellery (@tinyjewellery_)

2. The Prizes

There are two (2) winners. Each winner will receive one (1) Spring Style Prize Pack valued at over $1,000.

Each prize pack includes:

Rooh Collective

• 1x Lunairé look of the winner's choice including inner slips, subject to availability and applicable collection options. Valued at over $350 AUD, subject to the selection of style and inners.

Nude Theory

• 1x Lace Bralette Set in Black. Valued at $131 AUD.

Saben

• 1x Coco Bag in Black. Valued at $389 AUD.

Tiny Jewellery

• 1x Pearl and Heart Necklace Stack, with the winner's choice of gold or silver. Valued at $405 AUD.

The total prize value is over $1,000 per winner. The prize is not redeemable for cash or exchangeable for other products outside the options specified.

3. Eligibility

• Entry is open to residents of Australia and New Zealand who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

• Employees of the participating brands, their immediate family members and associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

4. How to Enter

The competition must be entered via Instagram by completing the following steps:

• Follow all four participating Instagram accounts: @rooh.collective, @sabenltd, @tinyjewellery_ and @nudetheoryofficial.

• Tag friends in the comments of the official giveaway post.

• Multiple entries are permitted. Each additional friend tagged in a separate comment counts as an additional entry.

• Bonus entry: Share the giveaway post to your Instagram Story

Entries must comply with Instagram's terms and conditions. Private accounts must ensure their Story share is visible to the participating brands for bonus entry verification.

5. Competition Period

The giveaway opens upon publication of the official Instagram giveaway post.

All entries must be received before the competition closes at 8:59am AEDT on 10 November 2026.

Entries received after the closing time will not be eligible.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

• Two (2) winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

• Winners will be announced on the caption of the official giveaway post on 10 November 2026 at 9:00am AEDT.

• Winners will be contacted directly via Instagram Direct Message by @rooh.collective.

• Winners must respond within 14 days of being contacted to claim their prize.

• If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to claim their prize within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to conduct a redraw and select a new winner.

• Winners may be asked to provide their full name, email address, contact number and delivery address for prize fulfilment.

• Winner information will only be shared with the relevant participating brands for the purpose of prize fulfilment and delivery.

• Security note: Winners will only be contacted by the official @rooh.collective Instagram account. We will never ask for credit card details, banking information or payment to claim a prize.

7. Prize Fulfilment & Redraws

• Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

• Each participating brand will be responsible for fulfilling and delivering its respective prize component.

• Delivery arrangements will be coordinated with each winner following confirmation of their details.

• The prize must be delivered to a valid Australian or New Zealand residential address.

• The Promoter and participating brands are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once prizes have been dispatched.

• If any prize component becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, the relevant brand reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

8. General Conditions

By entering the giveaway, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Liability: To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter and participating brands exclude liability for any loss, damage or injury suffered in connection with the giveaway or acceptance and use of the prize, except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Publicity: By accepting the prize, winners agree that their first name and Instagram username may be shared on the giveaway post with the participating brands'.

• Instagram Disclaimer: This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Instagram or Meta. By entering, participants release Instagram and Meta from any responsibility or liability associated with this promotion.

• Privacy: Personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the giveaway and prize fulfilment, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

• Right to Cancel or Modify: The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, subject to applicable laws.

• The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the giveaway is final, subject to applicable laws.

9. Exclusion & Disqualification Rights

The Promoter and participating brands reserve the right to disqualify any entries that are considered fraudulent, misleading, automated or in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Entries from fake, automated (bot) or giveaway-only accounts may be excluded at the Promoter's discretion.

The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants and winners before awarding any prize.
