How Does Made to Order Work?

How it Works?

  • PLACE YOU ORDER - Choose your piece from our collection and checkout.

 

  • SEND US YOUR MEASUREMENTS - Our team will contact you to gather your measurements and discuss any custom colour or fit requests.

 

  • CRAFTED FOR YOU - Your garment is made just for you, with a lead time of up to 3 weeks to ensure every stitch is perfect.

 

  • NEED IT SOONER? - Have an upcoming occasion? Let us know—we’ll do our best to meet your timeline and make it extra special.

 

FAQs:

Timelines: Most Made to Order pieces are ready in 2–3 weeks, though bridal pieces may take up to 4 weeks. In many cases, we can also expedite your order to ensure it arrives in time for your event.

Bespoke Colours: Many of our dresses can be made in the colour of your choice. This service incurs a small fee — simply write to us and we’ll be delighted to guide you through the options.

Shipping: Once complete, your piece will be shipped directly from our artisan workshop in India or our Sydney studio, depending on your location and timing.

Returns: Every Made to Order garment is created uniquely for you, which means it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for more details.
