Timelines: Most Made to Order pieces are ready in 2–3 weeks, though bridal pieces may take up to 4 weeks. In many cases, we can also expedite your order to ensure it arrives in time for your event.
Bespoke Colours: Many of our dresses can be made in the colour of your choice. This service incurs a small fee — simply write to us and we’ll be delighted to guide you through the options.
Shipping: Once complete, your piece will be shipped directly from our artisan workshop in India or our Sydney studio, depending on your location and timing.
Returns: Every Made to Order garment is created uniquely for you, which means it is not eligible for return or exchange. Please see our Return Policy for more details.

This gown is absolutely stunning, made to order so fits perfectly, and exactly as described. I can’t not wait to wear it. Beautiful stiff fabric, the perfect dusty pink and pockets! The best!
The process of ordering my custom Bailey Midi was seamless and very fast considering it was made to order. The team were very helpful and sent out a range of colour samples so that my dress could be made in the perfect colour. Not long after the colour was selected and my measurements were sent through the dress was being shipped! The dress is stunning and fits perfectly, a beautiful piece which I cannot wait to wear as a bridesmaid and to many other events!
I bought this wonderful dress for my best Friends Wedding. I was the Maid of honor and my Bestie, me, the Wedding guests - everybody - loved it. The fabric is amazing, excellent quality, thick and everything (especially the sleeves) stays in place.
The bow on the back can be adjusted as you want, the fabric is long enough to make big bows, double bows whatever you want.
There is a thin fabric (i think cotton) underneath what feels really good on a hot summerday. We had about 30 degrees and there were no sweaty spots/stains.
Its amazing. I will get a second colour of maybe the short red version.
Nice to know - i ordered from germany and the delivery Tool just a few days. I paid 15€ afzerwards for tax/processing. I‘am 1,68m and wear size Medium. Small would be ok too but I wanted to be safe.
