When exactly does the Thank You Sale start?

The sale goes live on 12 November 2026 at 12:00 PM AEDT (Australian Eastern Daylight Time — Sydney time). Community members get early access from 9:00 AM AEDT.

How long does the sale run for?

This is a 14-day event. We have only allocated a limited amount of stock to the sale, so we recommend shopping early — popular sizes and styles sell out fast.

Do I need a discount code?

No code needed. Sale prices are applied automatically to all eligible items once the sale is live. Just shop as normal and the discounts will be reflected at checkout.

How much can I save?

Save up to 30% off our bestsellers and up to 60% off selected styles. Discounts vary by product — please review the sale price shown alongside the original price on each product page.

What's included in the sale?

What is the free gift and how do I get it?

Every order over $400 placed during the Thank You Sale includes a complimentary Ena Potli Bag. The gift must be added manually to your cart from the product page — it will not be added automatically at checkout.

Is shipping free?

Standard shipping is free on all orders over $300 within Australia. Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping is available for most international destinations on orders over $300 USD.

Who pays for duties and taxes?

We believe in transparency — no surprises when your Rooh piece arrives.

Fully covered by Rooh Collective (no fees on delivery): United States, Canada, United Kingdom, European Union, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Singapore, and Hong Kong.

Rest of world: Customs duties or import taxes may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are payable by the customer upon delivery.

How long will shipping take?

Within Australia, standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping is available at checkout for faster delivery.

International orders generally take 7–21 business days depending on your location and customs processing times.

Can I make changes to my order after I've placed it?

We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us at info@roohcollective.com immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to help.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

What is your returns policy during the sale?

All orders placed during the Thank You Sale are considered final sale. This applies to all discounted items — no refunds will be issued.

If something isn't quite right, our team is here to help — reach out at info@roohcollective.com to explore your options for exchanges or store credit, where available.

What payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and Afterpay for buy-now-pay-later. All payments are processed securely.

Can I use Afterpay on sale items?

Yes. Afterpay is available on all orders, including sale purchases. Split your payment into four interest-free fortnightly instalments at checkout.

I missed the sale — is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately, once the Thank You Sale has closed, we are unable to honour sale pricing on new orders. Sign up to our email list or follow us on Instagram @roohcollective for all future announcements.
