10/10! From enquiring, to ordering and final product, Rooh Collective was amazing. Their customer service was great, I made minor requests which they were happy to accommodate and asked for a white colour instead of cream. The dress arrived and the fit was excellent, great quality and didn't feel heavy to wear despite the many layers. Also didn't feel hot in it as well. Highly recommend. Thank you for the beautiful dress. Now to find a reason to wear it again!

I ordered express but unfortunately there was a delay in sending, I contacted the team on instagram and they apologised and sent it out the same day at it arrived in time with a little gift! Amazing customer service.
