How to pack: Reuse your original shipping bag where possible. Ensure items are securely packaged — we cannot be held responsible for damage in transit.

Made-to-order and bridal pieces are crafted specifically for you — personalised by size, silhouette, and sometimes colour. These are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange, regardless of region.

Sample try-on available (AU only): Try the design for 3 days before committing. If you don't proceed, your sample payment is refunded minus shipping.

Potli bags and accessories are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. We want you to feel confident before you buy.

Shop with confidence: All our bags and accessories are photographed on real models in true-to-life settings. Please review all product photos carefully before purchasing — we believe in showing you exactly what you'll receive.

Final sale

For hygiene reasons, all inners and intimates are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This applies to all regions.

Exchange only

Items purchased during sale events, flash sales, or with promotional discounts are not eligible for return or refund. However, exchanges are welcome — we never want you to be left with a piece you won't wear.

Please note: For sale item exchanges, return shipping and re-delivery shipping are both covered by the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier when sending your item back.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item arrives faulty or incorrectly described, contact us immediately.

Yes — we accept returns from all regions for exchange or store credit. Cash refunds are only available for AU & NZ customers on full-priced items.

Free return shipping via our Returns Package is available for customers in AU, NZ, USA, UK, Canada, and EU. For all other regions, customers arrange their own return using a trackable courier.

If you're based in the UK, Canada, or EU, Rooh Collective covers all applicable customs duties and import taxes — no extra fees. For all other international regions outside AU, NZ, and the US, duties remain the customer's responsibility.

Contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue. If a manufacturing fault is confirmed, we'll cover all costs and offer a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Once we receive your item, allow 3–7 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email once your store credit or refund has been issued.

If your preferred item is unavailable, we'll offer store credit or a refund. Our team will be in touch to find the best solution.
