Returns Policy for Made-to-Order Garments

At Rooh Collective, we are honoured to create a piece made especially for you, ensuring every design is unique and crafted with care. Due to the personalised nature of our Made-to-Order service, we regretfully cannot accept returns or exchanges.


Why No Returns? 

As all garments are individually cut, sewn, and handcrafted upon order, we are unable to accommodate returns or offer refunds. This approach allows us to maintain our commitment to sustainability by reducing waste and overproduction.

Sizing Accuracy

To ensure the perfect fit, we encourage you to carefully refer to our sizing guide before placing your order. If you have any questions or need assistance with sizing, please contact us prior to purchasing—we’re here to help you make the best choice.
